Captain Wesley was the perfect guide. He knew right where the fish were biting and was very knowledgeable. Fun, family friendly, and suitable for all skill levels. We left with plenty of fish, which he cleaned and bagged for us. We will definitely be booking with him again!

Trip - Half Day Evening Guided Fishing Trip On Rockport Bay - Redfish, Sheepshead And More on September 5, 2025

2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

We had a great time and caught fish for basically the entire trip! Captain Wesley is a real pro and was willing to teach my partner tips and tricks as it was her first time on a charter. Wonferful experience overall - we will be booking again next time we are in town!

Captain Wesley knew the area well and quickly put us on the Redfish. He was great with my two sons, ages 9 and 14—both caught fish and had an awesome time. We’d definitely book another trip with Captain Wesley the next time we’re in Rockport!

The captain made it easy to find him when we arrived. My son was a little nervous at first, but the captain quickly put him at ease. We got on fish fast and had a great trip—lots of memories made with my kids.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I figured it would be fun—and it definitely was. My 13- and 10-year-old had a blast! We caught a monster catfish, a few hardheads, and even a shovelhead shark. We learned a lot and will be making this trip a yearly tradition.

Captain Wesley was fantastic—very knowledgeable about both fishing and boating. We felt safe the entire trip and really enjoyed the experience. He was patient, especially with the kids, and helped us catch several fish, including a big Redfish that turned out delicious. We’d definitely book with him again.

It was mine and my son’s first time fishing like this, and Captain Wesley and his first mate went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The bite was slow for most of the trip, but the captain kept working hard, moving spots to make the most of it. In the end, he even gave up some of his own family time after a full day of work so my son could finish strong—at no extra charge. We’ll definitely be booking with him again. Highly recommend his charter!

He was incredibly accommodating to both my partner and me, making us feel welcome and comfortable, which was crucial as we were new to saltwater fishing. We gained a wealth of knowledge and had an incredible time, complete with a successful catch to take home and cook up. We wouldn't have wanted it any other way!
